Nestled in the Austin Hill Country, the iconic Hudson's on the Bend opened its doors in 1984 with renowned Executive chef Jeff Blank at the helm. 

Over 30 years later Hudson’s Hill Country will carry on with traditions and service that honors the legacy that Chef Blank began.

Our menu will mix old favorites and new recipes while making use of the abundance of local meats and produce available to us in the beautiful Texas Hill Country.
